The house benefits from a large kitchen diner and a spacious living room with a piano. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

 

This location is ideal for Postgraduate Students who study at the University of Warwick. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the University, 15 minutes to Canley train Station, 1 to bus stop for buses #12 and #19 (to Coventry and Leamington Spa) and 5 minutes walk to Tesco and Megabus Bus Stop.

 

All our houses are no smoking.

 

The deposit is £400 which will be kept in the Deposit Protection Scheme.

Are the bills included in the rent?

None of the bills are included. Water is around £35 and Internet is around £30 per month. Gas and Electricity bills average £20/month over the summer and £35 over winter.

 

What is the minimum term?

The minimum term is 12 months but if you really cant stay for a whole year let us know and we'll see if we may be able to accommodate your preferred dates.

Furniture:

Your chosen room will be

fully furnished with beds and mattresses. You will need to have your own duvet and pillows, however, we may be able to lend you one if you haven't bought one yet.

 

All the rooms will have wardobes with a hanging rail and shelves. Some rooms have built in wardrobes and the others have Ikea wardobes similar to the photo on the left.

We know that you cannot have enough storage space for your stuff so each room also has a chest of drawers which will look exactly like this one.

A desk is crucial for your study and research needs. Therefore all our rooms come with a desk and chair. Most rooms also have book shelves.

There is a large fridge freezer like the picture on the left, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster for all your kitchen requirements. There is also a washing machine.
