How do I arrange a viewing?

How do I secure the room I want?
To secure the room you need to pay a reservation fee which is equivalent to 1 month rent. There may be other people interested in the room you like so we suggest having this to hand in case you decide to take the room after viewing it. The fee is for us to ensure that you are serious about taking the room. It will be put towards the rent payment for your final month. If however you change your mind about taking the room please note that this reservation fee will not be refundable.
Is my deposit held in a protected scheme?
Yes, tenants' deposits are held in The DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme).
Will I have a contract?
Yes, you will have a standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement.
Are there any shopping centres nearby?

Who is responsible for cleaning the communal areas of the house?
Before you move in, the house is cleaned thoroughly so that you may enjoy the benefits of a tidy and clean place to live. Once you have moved in, you and your housemates are responsible for cleaning your room and the communal areas of the house. If you wish to hire a professional cleaner to do this for you during your stay then please let us know. We expect you to keep the house in the same clean condition as you have received it.
If you would like to rent any of the rooms please fill in the application form on the Application page and tell us your preferences.
