Background
As a former post-graduate alumni at the University of Warwick, our director has first-hand experience of what suboptimal student accommodation and estate agents or rogue landlords can be like:
When I was a student, my bedroom window had half an inch gap which made the room cold and humid throughout the year, plus the kitchen and bathroom were in disrepair. I certainly didn’t feel at home, nor was it a good place to study. Some of my university colleagues weren’t luckier either, some got scammed, some were treated unfairly by purposed build student accommodation or estate agents.
Service
We believe that having a dedicated person as a single point of contact, instead of an agency, provides you with a more responsive and personal service. The result is that communications are more transparent and stress-free for everyone. Our property manager will be your sole point of contact throughout the tenancy. She will assist you during viewings, guide you with contract signing, support you during the tenancy and facilitate the moving out process and deposit return.
Processes
We aim to provide swift and transparent processes so your journey is as easy as possible from arranging a viewing of the property, contract signing and end of tenancy. Life is busy, so we take care of managing the utilities, gardening, house maintenance and resolving any issues that might arise.
